With our Postcards of Hope, we will be providing little postcards for visitors and creators to write sweet, encouraging messages to be delivered randomly to all our fellow creators.Visitors can either opt to gift their postcard to a specific or random creator to make sure no one gets left out! :)Location: Activity Corner at the back of the hall
STAMP COLLECTING EVENTGet ready to explore and collect unique, self-designed stamps from our talented creators throughout the event!Check out the list of creators and areas where you can collect these stamps!Be sure to bring your own journal or grab our special stamp collecting notebook (included in the exclusive Artcade goodie bag) to take home these little works of art!

What is Artcade?
We are a small artist-run art market dedicated to all creators! We welcome anyone who makes illustrations, crafts and anime/fanart works!Where will the event be held at?
ARTCADE Fall ’25 will be held at Suntec Convention Centre Hall 404. From 13-14 September 2025, 12pm-7pm (Saturday & Sunday)How do I get to Artcade?
The nearest MRT is Esplanade and Promenade, along with plenty of bus choices around. The venue also has parking available.Is Artcade free to enter?
Yes! We are a free admission event.Is the venue wheelchair friendly?
Yes! The venue is wheelchair-friendly and includes a lift for accessibility. Do reach out to any of our staff if you do require any additional assistance.Can we cosplay?
Yes definitely! Just make sure your outfits are family friendly and safe for work (no overtly revealing cosplays, realistic/sharp weapon prop weapons, military cosplay)How can I join Artcade?
We curate our events through applications! Applications are currently closed.Does Artcade accept sponsorships and/or collaborations with brands?
Yes, we do! If you're a brand that specialises in anything Art/Comic/Pop-Culture-related, please feel free to get in touch at [email protected]
EVENT GUIDELINES
1. You may shop our goodie bags at the counters right outside of Hall 404. Our photobooth and activities corner can be found at the back of the hall (near the toilets).2. Cosplay is allowed but please ensure that your cosplay is safe for work and family friendly (i.e. no overtly revealing cosplays, realistic / sharp / bulky props including weapons, military cosplay)3. Livestreaming and filming is allowed but please ensure you seek permission from the respective boothers prior to the event.4. Any cases of theft will be handed over to the police to be dealt with accordingly.
Please respect the hard work our creators put into their works.5. No acts of abuse (physical or verbal) will be tolerated on the premises at any time.6. Please kindly cooperate with our venue staff to ensure a smooth queuing experience for all. We strictly forbid any acts of verbal or physical abuse to event staff.7. Last entry on both days will be at 6.30pm.
